I’m giving you a choice. It’s up to you to decide,
A blessing or curse? You shouldn’t run and hide.
It starts with your mouth and the truth that you speak,
With trust in your heart that’s humble, not weak.
Say, “Jesus is Lord.” Declare it out loud.
Don’t whisper or mumble. Stand and be proud.
Believe in your heart what God’s Word has said,
How the Son of God was raised from the dead.
It isn’t by chance or by what we can do.
Salvation is a free gift to me and you,
But it’s also a journey. It’s choosing the way
To follow his voice on each and every day.
Speak the words of truth, declaring from within,
That Jesus your Savior makes you free from sin.
Commit with your life, with all that you are,
And God’s saving grace will carry you far.
You’re given a choice. It’s clear as can be,
A life of bondage or a life that is free.
Say yes to the Lord. Take hold of his hand,
And walk in his love—the best in the land.
