When I feel lost, and the road isn’t clear,
And all that I see is confusion and fear,
God whispers, “Come closer. I’ll show you the way,”
And suddenly the darkness turns into day.
He points to a path that I didn’t yet know,
And says, “Take my hand. I’ll help you to go.”
The path twists and it turns, but I don’t fall.
With his strength, I’m able to handle it all.
I might feel too weak, too small, or too slow,
But he gives me power and helps me grow.
I climb up the hills and can leap over the stone,
Because I’m not walking this pathway all alone.
So if you feel stuck, or you’re needing some light,
Just call on the Lord. He’ll guide you just right.
His way is perfect, and his timing is true.
He’ll give you strength for what he’s called you to do.
