Long ago and far away, in lands of dust and desert breeze,
God used prophets, often to teach, but not always to please.
People were encouraged but warned of what God had in store.
Each voice a lantern in the night, preparing hearts for more.
In these last days of revelation of what is right and true,
God speaks louder through One who has made all things new.
Through Jesus all was created, from mountain peaks to oceans wide.
He is our Advocate before the Father, always on our side.
Through him, the stars were put in place. Kingdoms rise and fall.
He’s our King of Kings, Prince of Peace, and our Lord over all.
So pay attention! His message is now as bright as the summer sun.
Prophets laid a path, but the Way, Truth, and life is God’s own Son.
