You must be quite careful, alert, and aware,
For the Spirit is moving—yes, right over there.
He whispers and nudges. He leads and he guides.
With his truth, he stirs our hearts deeply inside.
Don’t wait for a sign with big flashing lights.
Just follow his voice. He’ll show you what’s right.
The road may be bumpy, the hills hard to face,
So work with God’s help and lean on his grace.
Walk with fear and trembling, not panic, not fright,
But in awe of his power and truth shining bright.
He’s working within you. It’s God … don’t forget.
He’s shaping our souls like a fine silhouette.
He’s helping you grow, and he’s loving you still,
And nudging you gently to follow his will.
You’re not on your own, not shaped by the night.
You’re his greatest treasure, his joy and delight.
So step with intention and walk with great care.
The Spirit is with you. He’s always right there.
Keep listening. Stay close. Be steady and true,
For God is at work, and he’s working through you.
