If you live with the Lord, in his heavenly place,
You’ll walk every step with his love and his grace.
When storms start to rumble and troubles appear,
You won’t need to worry, for God is so near.
He’s big and all mighty, so strong and so wise,
He watches from above, high in the skies.
Closer than close, he’s right by your side—
A shelter, a shadow, with whom you can hide.
So live in his presence. Stay near and be true,
For blessings and peace will come upon you.
All those who remain where his promises stay,
Will find that his goodness won’t wander away.
